A total of 32 heavy-duty firefighting camp vehicles (model CL5180TSY6BZ) were officially delivered to the fire and rescue departments of Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi provinces.
These vehicles are designed to provide critical mobile rest and support for firefighters during prolonged rescue missions, such as forest firefighting and urban fire emergencies.
Key Features & Capabilities:
- Integrated Space Design – The vehicle features bilateral expansion cabins, extending the width to 4.65 meters when deployed. It includes a 30-person sleeping area with foldable bunk beds and LED reading lights, a separate bathroom with a fuel water heater and portable toilet, and a dedicated equipment storage zone capable of holding over 20 types of tools including breaking tools and air respirators.
- High Mobility & Power Supply – Built on a specialized heavy-duty chassis, the vehicle reaches a top speed of 90 km/h with a ground clearance of 280 mm, suitable for rough terrain. It is equipped with a 3000W inverter and an onboard generator, supporting three power sources: grid electricity, generator, and power supply vehicle, ensuring 24/7 operation.
- Extreme Environment Adaptability – Includes an HVAC system effective from -45°C to 45°C. The body uses flame-retardant materials with thermal insulation, and the pipeline system features automatic drainage to prevent freezing damage in low temperatures.
User Feedback & Support:
A representative from the Hunan Fire and Rescue Department stated, "This equipment effectively solves the challenges of lack of rest support and inadequate equipment during cross-regional rescue operations." The vehicle can be fully deployed or retracted within 5 minutes and improves overall efficiency by approximately 40% compared to traditional camping setups.
