JMC Aerial Work Platform Truck

The JMC Aerial Work Platform Truck is developed based on a JMC special chassis and is an efficient work equipment suitable for high-altitude maintenance, installation, and other scenarios.

The JMC Aerial Work Platform Truck has dimensions of 5998*2200*3200 mm, a gross weight of 4495 kg, and a curb weight of 4300 kg, capable of carrying 300 kg of work equipment; it has a rated seating capacity of 1 person, front/rear overhangs of 1105/1533 mm, and approach/departure angles of 18°/14°, balancing maneuverability and site adaptability.

It uses a JMC dual-axle chassis with a wheelbase of 3360 mm and is equipped with six 7.00R16LT tires; the power system is equipped with a 130 horsepower diesel engine, matched with a 5-speed gearbox; the cab has a single-row layout and is equipped with air conditioning, power steering, ABS, power windows, and a multi-function steering wheel, balancing ease of operation and driving comfort.

Working range: The maximum working height can reach 33m (corresponding working radius of 3.6m), and a working height of 5m can still be achieved at a maximum working radius of 22m;

Support system: It adopts X-shaped outriggers (both lateral and longitudinal spans are 5900mm), combined with HG785 steel outrigger material, to ensure working stability;

Boom configuration: 7-section hexagonal boom with chain-driven synchronous telescopic structure (boom thickness 4/4/4/3/3/3/3mm), boom lifting/lowering time 91s, rotation speed 9r/min, outrigger retraction/extension time 140s, ensuring efficient and controllable operation.

Work basket: Optional sizes of 1600/1800/2000*700*1000mm, made of stainless steel/aluminum alloy, supporting hydraulic automatic leveling, with optional telescopic/folding structure, and a rated load of 200kg.

Hydraulic System: Equipped with a gear pump (pressure 20-25Mpa), a 120L oil tank with liquid level/temperature display, and compatible with L-HM32 (or high-pressure L-HM46) hydraulic oil.

Operation and Safety: Supports professional operation from three locations: the main control panel, remote control, and central turntable. It utilizes an electro-hydraulic proportional control system for stepless speed adjustment and linkage. Safety features include a vehicle-mounted level indicator, dual batteries, emergency pump, hydraulic oil cooler, and alarm system. The vehicle platform is made of aluminum alloy anti-slip checkered plate, and the railings are made of stainless steel. Optional features include a hydraulic winch hook and an upper cab, ensuring comprehensive operational safety.
