Dongfeng Car Carrier

The Dongfeng Car Carrier series is specially designed for the car transportation industry. It offers three configurations: 3-deck, 4-deck and 5-deck models, to meet transportation needs of different scales. Adopting a high-strength dedicated chassis and equipped with an advanced hydraulic lifting system, it enables safe and efficient multi-layer car transportation.

1. Universal Chassis Configuration

Cab: Single-row / extended cab optional, with ergonomic layout, seating for 2-3 people.

Engine: Yuchai 4-cylinder 180/200 HP with cylinder deactivation brake; 5-deck models offer optional Cummins/Yuchai 6-cylinder high-horsepower engines.

Transmission: Fast 8-speed transmission for smooth gear shifting.

Axles: Dongfeng Dana axles – 5-ton front axle, 10-ton rear axle, with a speed ratio of 4.875.

Frame: 250 (7+4) high-strength frame for superior load-bearing capacity.

Tires: 295/60R22.5 tubeless tires for durability and fuel efficiency.

Fuel Tank: 250L aluminum alloy fuel tank.

Comfort Features: Original Pine air conditioner, remote central locking, and remote power windows.
