The MQH37A and MQH37B Adjustable Container Side Loaders are capable of performing multiple operational functions such as self-loading/unloading of containers and vehicle-to-vehicle transfer. 1.Sliding-type Container Side Self-loading/Unloading Transporter Technology

By sliding the front and rear cranes, it can load and unload 20ft or 40ft containers and container-like objects. It boasts a wide application range and excellent versatility, greatly expanding the equipment's uses.

 

2.Dual-pump & Dual-circuit Technology

The entire vehicle is powered by an independent engine with adjustable speed. Hydraulic oil output by the double pump passes through a confluence valve group, and then is delivered to the multi-way valve groups of the serially connected front and rear side cranes to drive their respective actuators. This design enables a wider range of linkage adaptability, significantly ensuring the stability and reliability of the hoisting process.

 

3.Load Self-adaptation Technology

A high-low pressure double pump is adopted, and oil is supplied to the front and rear cranes after confluence via a diverter valve group. This realizes large flow rate with simultaneous oil supply from both pumps under low-pressure working conditions, and small flow rate with high-pressure unloading of the low-pressure pump under high-pressure working conditions-effectively guaranteeing the efficiency and quality of hoisting operations. This technology not only ensures the stability of the crane's speed switching under high and low-pressure conditions but also makes full use of the engine's output power, achieving better economy.

 

4.Lifting Chain Twist-lock Device for Container Loading/Unloading + Automatic Storage Technology

The lifting chain twist-lock mechanism for container loading/unloading automatically rotates and locks inside the container corner fittings during loading operations, preventing falling off and ensuring operational safety. During transportation, the twist-lock can still be automatically locked via a limiting device, eliminating the need for operators to repeatedly retract the chain during transportation and install the chain during unloading, while also greatly improving driving safety. After the operation, by optimizing the movement trajectory of the lifting points and the chain retraction position, automatic storage of the lifting chain during the boom retraction process is realized, significantly enhancing operational comfort and overall vehicle safety.

 

 

5.Control System

The entire vehicle is reasonably equipped with a combination of a remote wireless control transmitter and an advanced load-sensing electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve with pre-valve pressure compensation. Remote control operation is safe, comfortable, and convenient; the remote control panel and handle are human-centered and conform to the machine's movement trends. Proportional control enables stepless speed regulation, ensuring stable operation of the entire machine while allowing precise control of subtle movements.

 

6.Container Stacking Operation

Through reasonable structural design and hinge point optimization, the MQH37B side crane can realize container stacking operation without adjusting the lifting chain, which can effectively improve the space utilization rate of the container yard.
