1.Dual-Pump & Dual-Circuit Technology
The entire vehicle is powered by an independent engine with adjustable speed. Hydraulic oil output by the double pump passes through a confluence valve group, and then is delivered to the multi-way valve groups of the serially connected front and rear side cranes to drive their respective actuators. This design enables a wider range of linkage adaptability, significantly ensuring the stability and reliability of the hoisting process.
2.Load Self-Adaptation Technology
A high-low pressure double pump is adopted, and oil is supplied to the front and rear cranes after confluence via a diverter valve group. This setup achieves large flow rate (with both pumps supplying oil simultaneously) under low-pressure working conditions and small flow rate (with the low-pressure pump undergoing high-pressure unloading) under high-pressure working conditions, effectively guaranteeing the efficiency and quality of hoisting operations. This technology not only ensures stable speed switching of the cranes under both high and low-pressure conditions but also makes full use of the engine's output power, resulting in better fuel economy.
3.Lifting Chain Twist-Lock Device for Container Loading/Unloading
The lifting chain twist-lock mechanism for container handling automatically rotates and locks inside the container corner fittings during loading operations, preventing disengagement and ensuring operational safety. During transportation, the twist-lock can still be automatically locked via a limiting device-this eliminates the need for operators to repeatedly retract the chain during transit and reattach it during unloading, while also greatly enhancing driving safety. After the operation is completed, by optimizing the movement trajectory of the lifting points and the chain retraction position, automatic storage of the lifting chain is realized during the boom retraction process, significantly improving operational comfort and overall vehicle safety.



4.Control System
The entire vehicle is reasonably equipped with a combination of a remote wireless control transmitter and an advanced load-sensing electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve featuring pre-valve pressure compensation. Remote control operation is safe, comfortable, and convenient: the remote control panel and joystick are human-centered in design while aligning with the machine's movement patterns. Proportional control enables stepless speed regulation, ensuring stable operation of the entire machine and allowing precise control of subtle movements.
5.Container Stacking Operation
Through rational structural design and hinge point optimization, the MQG37B Fixed Container Lifting Crane/Fixed Side Loader can perform container stacking operations without the need to adjust the lifting chain, which effectively improves the space utilization rate of container yards.
