1. Superior Durability & Anti-Corrosion Protection

The entire body and the interior/exterior of the hopper are constructed from high-strength carbon steel plates. To ensure maximum longevity against corrosive materials, every critical component undergoes a rigorous three-level anti-corrosion treatment. This process includes phosphating for the base coat, an intermediate coat, and a final top coat resistant to acids and alkalis, followed by high-temperature baking. This makes our spreader a reliably durable piece of equipment.

Coupled with a generous 3m³ integrated hot melt water tank, it supports various de-icing methods.
